Do you meet these minimum requirements?

  • Passionate about aged care – helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
  • Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence with your car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
  • Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
  • Live in or near Inverell, including surrounding suburbs Tingha, Ashford, Bingara, Moree, Warilada or Bundarra.
  • This is not a vacancy for the disabled or those working in a facility/nursing home.

What this role offers:

  • Available Roles: Open to Entry Level & Experienced candidates
  • Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
  • Contract Hours: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
  • Hourly Rate: $29.81 – $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Entry-Level Carers: Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Experienced Caregivers: Provide personal care services, including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, domestic duties, social support, and transportation for clients.

What we’re looking for:

  • Flexibility: If you are new to the industry, we are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. If you are experienced, we have work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm and can accommodate AM or afternoon starts.
  • Commitment: To our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!)
  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
