Position Information

Richmond Agricultural Centre is located on the Western Sydney University Hawkesbury Campus. The school’s plant and animal production enterprises are integrated into the teaching programs across the school in multiple subjects. The farm team will work in collaboration with the school executive to connect ensure enterprises are operating to campus/industry requirements as teaching systems.

To be successful in the role you will need good experience across a range of plant and animal based enterprises consistent with current educational curriculum standards, and possess good supervisory skills to manage all farming activities and operations to support agricultural learning and the management of all farm related resources for teaching purposes within the educational framework. You will also need to possess good prioritisation, planning and organisational skills to oversee workloads and workflows, and be a good communicator to work effectively with teachers, students and external support agencies.
