Hourly Base Rate: $38.74/hr
Position Summary:
To perform professional driver duties and deliver product to McDonald’s restaurants in a timely and professional manner and to help offload the product and provide excellent customer service
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Must be licensed and able to drive a tractor/trailer in a safe and proficient manner
- Responsible for the equipment and product in your care
- Responsible for inspecting your equipment to ensure it is in proper operating condition, fueled and ready for dispatch
- Ensure each vehicle is secured and the refrigeration units are operating when loading shift is completed
- Connect, stage and secure all vehicles on a daily basis, to route load schedule
- Completion of required paperwork / Perform daily inspections of the equipment
- Work in a safe manner and complying with the Health and Safety rules as set by the Company / Reporting any injuries or incidents in a timely manner
- Ensure that a high level of security is maintained with our equipment and the staging area
- Ensures compliance with DOT rules and regulations and company policies and procedures
- Ensure the operations follow all Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR), Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and Good Warehouse Practices (GWP)/Good Drivers Practices (GDP) for transport rules and regulations
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
High School or equivalent experience
Three to five years’ driving experience as licensed Professional Class A/AZ or Class 1 Driver
48’ – 53’ tractor trailer hauling experience
Must be able to lift and move heavy boxes (up to 55 lbs)
Great work ethic / Excellent time management skills
Strong interactive team player
Integrative thinker and excellent problem solving skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
High initiative, self-motivation and solid leadership qualities

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our Warehouse team.
Responsibilities:
- Following standardized procedures and policies
- Processing, packaging and shipping orders/ quantities as per order sheet specifications
- Picking items as required with HIGH level of accuracy
- Packing and wrapping picked items to ensure that they remain safe during the transit period, and affixing provided labels on them
- Ensuring all packaging meets company guidelines
- Ensuring the quality of product isn’t compromised when it leaves the warehouse and while it is being transported to place of delivery
- Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various couriers & vendors
- Unboxing and ensuring counts, models/ versions/SKUs are exact matches to the invoice and packing slips.
- Performing cleaning and maintenance work on assigned warehouse areas to ensure that they remain tidy, and functional at all times
- Ensuring the timely and proper completion of warehouse processes as per guidelines

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
- Secondary/High School Diploma
PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:
Knowledge of Common warehouse procedures
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Highly comfortable/proficient on the computer & communication tools
Able to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than that
HIGH level of Attention to detail
HIGH level of Organization
Dependable Hardworking & Trustworthy
Able to work with little or no supervision

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Farm Hand to join our team and assist with daily operations across cropping, seed processing, and livestock enterprises.
At this time, we are unable to offer LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) sponsorship. Applicants must already be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Job Responsibilities
Seed & Cropping Operations
- Monitor and operate the seed cleaning plant
- Clean and maintain equipment, bins, and facilities
- Load and unload grain trucks and manage grain handling
- Assist with spraying, seeding, and harvest activities
- Perform irrigation monitoring and maintenance
- Support general farm and equipment repairs
Livestock Operations (Cattle & Sheep)
- Assist with lambing and calving
- Check, move, sort, and process livestock
- Perform fence repairs and pasture work
- Assist with feeding livstock
- Record and report livestock activity and health observations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
- Ability to work at elevated heights (4 ft and above)
- Minimum Class 5 driver’s licence with clean driver’s abstract
- Class 1 licence considered an asset
- Livestock experience or willingness to learn
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends during busy seasons (seeding, harvest, lambing, calving)
- Physically able to bend, kneel, crawl, twist, and lift up to 50 lb, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise) using PPE
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Welding, fabrication, and general equipment/building skills are strong assets
- Strict no drugs or alcohol policy on the job site
