Position: Motel Manager
Location: Tweed Heads, NSW (2 properties (Sri Sai Balaji Pty Ltd — Both 100 meters apart)
Salary: $70,000 + superannuation

Sri Sai Balaji Pty Ltd (36 rooms total) are seeking a dedicated Motel Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and guest experiences across two properties (two titles) under one management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across both motels, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and casual staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly customer service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, invoicing, and budget monitoring
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards
- Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs
- Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed
- Promote the motels through local marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in motel or hotel management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and property management software (Little Hotelier or equivalent)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and a commitment to long-term management of the properties
Desirable:
- Previous experience managing properties
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (or relevant experience)
