About the project
Located just north of Marlborough and 100+ kilometres north of Rockhampton, the project consists of 4 Sites within a 23km section.
The scope covers Bruce Highway upgrades including formation widening and pavement works involving earthworks, drainage structures, geometry and safety improvements including roadside clearing and safety barrier installation.
About You
We are looking for the following to join our team:
- Mult-skilled labourers / operators – skid steer/loader/HR/MR);
- General labourers / operators – roller tickets;
- Trainees.
This project will run for at least 2 years, and you will be employed on a fixed-term basis. However, we have a strong pipeline of work so if you have the desire to work with us long term and are willing to travel to various project locations living away from home as required, there is the potential to move to other projects throughout Qld or NSW.

The Role:
We are seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics, specifically with a strong background in truck mechanics. Ideal candidates will have experience working with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or within a dealership network.
These role offers a full-time position with sponsorship and a pathway to permanent residency in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles, particularly trucks and trailers.
- Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, focusing on trucks and trailers.
- Minimum of two years post-apprenticeship experience in a related field.

About the Role
Vibe Petroleum is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to service, repair, and maintain equipment, with a focus on coffee machines and associated equipment across our network of WA sites. This role ensures consistent product quality, reliable equipment performance, and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work independently, travel between sites, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Be Doing
General Maintenance & Site Support
- General maintenance across operational sites
- Regular inspection and maintenance of plant and equipment
- Supervising contractor work where applicable
- Supporting site operations with reactive maintenance needs
Coffee Machine Servicing & Technical Maintenance
- Servicing and preventative maintenance of coffee machines and associated equipment
- Diagnosing faults, repairing issues, and replacing faulty internal components
- Calibrating machines to ensure consistent taste and product profile across all sites
- Performing cleaning and maintenance processes to maintain operational efficiency
- Conducting scheduled and impromptu inspections of coffee machines, fridges, and water purifiers
- Performing additional technical maintenance duties as required during day-to-day operations
Documentation, Reporting & Process Development
- Developing maintenance manuals, procedures, and service processes for sites
- Documenting maintenance logs, service reports, and performance records for all units
- Preparing monthly reporting on site performance and maintenance activities
- Supporting Management with financial planning and budgeting related to maintenance and equipment lifecycle
- Ensuring accurate inventory management of spare parts, consumables, and tools
Training & Operational Support
- Providing operator training to site staff on correct use and basic care of coffee machines and other equipment
- Assisting with process management and continuous improvement initiatives
