Our Client RN FARMS PTY LTD is seeking a reliable Fruit Farm Worker to work across six blueberry farms located in the Dimbulah and Mutchilba regions of QLD.

The farms located with sizes in acres:

– 66094 Burke Developmental Road (110 acres)

– 128 Veness Road (120 acres)

– 333 Veness Road (100 acres)

– 15 Minisini Road (100 acres)

– 62 Markocic Road (55 acres),

All of the above locations are within 5 minutes of each in Dimbulah town, as well as

104 Catherine Road, Mutchilba (100 acres), approximately 30 minutes away.

The role involves assisting with planting, pruning, harvesting, grading, and general farm duties to support healthy crop production and top-quality fruit outcomes. You will work across multiple nearby farm sites, operating basic farm equipment, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and following food safety and workplace health and safety requirements. This is a role suited to a reliable worker with a strong work ethic, ability to work as part of a team, and willingness to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.

Job Responsibility:

• Perform routine tasks on blueberry farms, including soil preparation, fertilizing, planting, irrigating, pruning, and maintaining crops to support healthy plant growth and top-quality fruit production.

Duties:

• Assist with planting blueberry bushes using hand tools and farm machinery.
• Set up and maintain trellising, netting, and plant support systems where required.
• Operate farm machinery and equipment to cultivate soil, fertilise, spray, and assist with harvesting blueberries.
• Apply chemicals and treatments in accordance with safety guidelines to control weeds, insects, fungal growth, and plant diseases.
• Weed, thin plants, and prune blueberry bushes to promote healthy growth and fruit yield.
• Operate and monitor irrigation systems to ensure consistent water supply for crop growth.
• Select and hand-pick blueberries according to size, colour, and ripeness, discarding damaged or overripe fruit.
• Grade, sort, and pack blueberries into containers in line with quality and food safety standards.
• Load packed blueberry produce onto pallets or trucks for transport, following safe manual handling practices.

Qualification:

· AQF Certificate I or higher

· 1-3 years of experience in related field

Job Description

Aurora Dairies are currently seeking multiple Dairy Cattle Farmers – Farm Hands across South-East South Australia, Australia. The farms are located in the Mount Gambier Region.

The successful candidates will have a passion for the dairy industry and have experience in assisting the
management team in managing a dairy operation. The successful candidates will have demonstrated
skills and experience in the following areas:

• Complete droving – moving cows to shed prior to milking as needed
• Complete milkings in the dairy shed – complete prestart, milking and clean-up
• Effectively work as part of a team, ensuring pace is aligned
• Identify and report equipment not operating as it should and complete general/minor maintenance as required and according to safe operating procedure
• Complete data entry/recording of incidents, milking, machinery and animal health
• Comply with all safe operating procedures and support the safety culture on farm
• Tractor work
• Animal feeding, calf feeding, paddock setup and other general farm tasks.

Qualifications

The desired skills and experience for this opportunity are:

Casual Farm Workers – Harvest Support

Location: Hale Farm, Tasmania (approx. 20 minutes outside Launceston)
Employment Type: Casual
Start Date: 2-4 weeks

About the role

Hale Farm is a licensed Tasmanian cultivator producing medical cannabis in accordance with Australian regulations. We’re currently seeking reliable casual workers to assist with an upcoming harvest period.

This is hands-on farm work and suits people who enjoy physical tasks, working with plants, and being part of a small, supportive team.

Key duties include:

• Harvesting plants
• Hanging plants to dry
• Trimming and preparing dried flower
• Assisting with general post-harvest processing
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas

About you:

• Available to start in two weeks
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Able to work in a regulated environment and follow procedures
• Must have your own vehicle (farm is not accessible by public transport)

No prior experience in cannabis is required — training will be provided. Experience in farm work, horticulture, or manual labour is a plus.

• Farm located approximately 20 minutes outside Launceston
