The Stadium Cleaner is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all guests, staff, and players. This role includes pre-event, in-event, and post-event cleaning duties throughout the stadium, including seating areas, restrooms, concourses, locker rooms, and other assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and restock restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, soap dispensers, and paper products.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from seating areas, concession stands, and common areas.
Ensure all areas are cleaned and prepared before, during, and after stadium events.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
Operate cleaning equipment and follow proper procedures for the use of chemicals and supplies.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Provide excellent service to guests when assistance is required.
Qualifications:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the stadium’s event schedule.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs.), and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, large-event setting.
Exposure to loud noise, crowds, and varying weather conditions (if outdoor stadium).
